Heidi Klum born Bergisch Gladbach Germany 1st June 1973. Erna, her mother was stylist. Her father Gunther Klum was an executive of a cosmetics firm. Heidi's father was a production supervisor for the 4711 company. Heidi was born within Bergisch Gladbach which is a town with a population of 70,000, just 6 miles east of Cologne. Former model of German descent has become a TV host and producer, fashion designer, business woman, and actress who lives and works in the southern part of California as well as Germany. Klum was competing against more than 25,000 contestants from across Germany as well as Europe to make it to the semifinals. Klum was awarded a top $300,000 modeling award in April of 1992.
