Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. Most people know me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and everything in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. Without my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my story. Given the chance to live the best life possible I wanted to try the best I could to please them and determined to achieve my goals. My life was set out: I would attend university, find a job in a corporation as well as marry and then buy a home. While I believed this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the goals. My corporate job in 2013 was one I had a fear of. The status and wealth did not bring me joy. I believed that I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. My love of fitness and my desire to socialize with other people led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success this year, 2021. There are a few Asian females working in the field. In the coaching industry, I want to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming healthier and happier. In addition, I strive in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. As I started my job, the passing of my mother was the biggest loss to me. She won her eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us, but they can be very useful. My mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. And I really believe I was given a second chance to live my living a full and fulfilling life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to embark on a new journey which gave me the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. It is true that I am living my life now, instead of merely living just like I did before. The purpose of sharing my experience is to let you know that, you are not alone. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be common. Your health is your most valuable asset. As death is all that we can have, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
